The working principle of piston water-cooled air compressor mainly includes the following stages:
Intake stage: When the piston moves downward, the cylinder volume increases, the pressure decreases, and the outside air pushes the intake valve to enter the cylinder.
Compression stage: When the piston moves upward, the cylinder volume decreases, the intake valve closes, and the gas is compressed to the set pressure.
Exhaust stage: When the gas pressure reaches the set value, the exhaust valve opens to discharge the high-pressure gas.
Reset stage: The piston moves downward again, the exhaust valve closes, and prepares for the next cycle.
