The air-cooled piston air compressor compresses the gas through the up and down movement of the piston. During its operation, air is sucked in from the air intake, passes through the air filter to remove impurities and moisture, and then is sent to the compressor. The piston inside the compressor begins to rise, compressing the gas, increasing its pressure and temperature. As the piston rises, the compressed gas is pushed to an area called the cylinder head, where it cools and exits the compressor.
