The main structure of piston water-cooled air compressor includes cylinder, piston, suction valve, exhaust valve, crank connecting rod mechanism and cooling system. Its working principle is as follows:
Cylinder and piston: The cylinder is a compression chamber, and the piston changes the volume through reciprocating motion to achieve gas compression.
Valve group: The suction valve opens to inhale air at low pressure, and the exhaust valve opens to exhaust gas at high pressure.
Transmission mechanism: The crank connecting rod converts the rotational motion of the motor into the reciprocating motion of the piston.
Cooling system: It is usually a water cooling system, which reduces the temperature of the cylinder and piston by circulating water to prevent overheating.
