The following points should be noted when using and maintaining piston air compressors:
Daily inspection and maintenance:
Check whether the screws or nuts of each part are loose.
Check whether the belt is properly tight.
Ensure that the pipeline is normal and the oil level is appropriate.
Check whether the wires and electrical switches meet the regulations.
Ensure that the fulcrums of each wheel are fixed and stable.
It is best to idle the air compressor for more than 2 to 3 minutes before working, and then operate normally.
Check whether the direction of operation is consistent with the indication arrow, and adjust the power phase sequence if necessary.
Check the air filter frequently, clean or replace the filter cotton, and maintain a good filtering effect.
After daily use, unscrew the barrel drain valve to remove accumulated water and oil.
Lubrication system:
According to the pressure gauge on the oil pipe of the circulating lubrication system and the temperature indication of the main bearing and moving parts of the air compressor, pay attention to the oil supply of the gear oil pump.
Check the oil level of the air compressor crankcase to ensure that the oil level in the bearing lubricated by the oil ring and the normal rotation of the oil ring.
Pay attention to the temperature of the lubricating oil in the lubrication system of each moving part.
Cooling system:
Pay attention to the discharge and temperature of cooling water at each level.
Ensure that the temperature of compressed air does not exceed 160℃ after each stage of compression.
Temperature and pressure indication:
Check whether the pressure distribution in each compression section is correct.
Pay attention to whether the temperature indication of each friction part of the compressor is normal.
Motor:
Observe whether the working condition of the motor is normal through the ammeter and voltmeter.
Other precautions:
Ensure that all connecting parts and fastening parts are safe and reliable and should not be loose.
Listen for abnormal noise in the transmission mechanism.
Discharge the oil and water of each section in time.
