Daily maintenance:
Daily maintenance: Check the oil level in the crankcase to ensure that it is within the specified range; remove the accumulated water in the air tank after use; pay attention to whether there is any abnormal sound, vibration or abnormal high heat during operation.
Weekly maintenance: Clean the filter element in the air intake filter; check whether the safety valve, pressure switch or load relief valve functions normally.
Monthly maintenance: Check all piping systems for leaks; check whether the screws or nuts of each component are loose and tighten; clean the external accessories of the air compressor.
Seasonal maintenance: Replace the lubricant; check the tightness of the V-belt; check the valve seat and remove carbon deposits, and check whether the cylinder and piston are worn.
Replacement of lubricant:

Automobile compressor: The compressor oil should be replaced after 2500 hours of first operation, and the oil filter should be cleaned.
