Oil-Gas Separator: Black cylindrical unit for separating Iubricating oil from compressed air, ensuring clean discharge.
Screw Airend: Core compression unit with intermeshing male and female rotors, driving air compression.
II. Electrical Control Zone
Upper Panel: LCD display and red emergency stop, enabling real-time monitoring of pressure, temperature, etc., and operational control.
Low Electrical Cabinet: Houses relays and electrical components, serving as the control hub for power transmission, logic control, and fault protection.
III. Auxiliary Systems
Cooling System: Cools components via piping to maintain optimal operating temperature.
Lubrication System: Works with the oil-gas separator to lubricate, seal, and cool moving parts for stable compression.
