How to choose the right air compressor for your needs?
First, determine the core operating requirements, then match the equipment parameters, and finally select based on usage costs and application suitability. This avoids problems such as oversized equipment or insufficient air supply, and is especially suitable for mainstream applications such as laser cutting and general industrial production. Mainstream requirements for laser cutting: 0.7-1.0 MPa (thin sheet cutting 0.7-0.8 MPa, thick sheet cutting 0.8-1.0 MPa); general industrial applications (pneumatic tools/spraying) 0.6-0.8 MPa; select according to your specific needs.
Based on the maximum air consumption of the core equipment, a 20%-30% margin should be reserved (to avoid pressure fluctuations caused by simultaneous air usage and equipment start/stop).
