When using a laser air compressor, ensure the air source is oil-free and dry, the pressure and flow are precisely matched to the laser equipment, complete three-stage filtration and interlock protection, conduct regular maintenance and drainage, keep away from dust and high temperature, and prohibit operation with faults to avoid damaging the laser head.
When using a laser air compressor, ensure the air source is oil-free, dry and constant pressure, with independent power supply and keep away from laser processing dust; shorten the replacement cycle of filter elements and set up interlock protection for dew point and oil content. Operate according to the standard during start and stop; stop the machine immediately to purge if oil or water is found in the air supply unexpectedly. Drain the accumulated water and do a good job of dust and rust prevention for long-term idle, and non-professionals are forbidden to disassemble core components.
