Diesel-powered Mobile Screw Air Compressor

Diesel-powered mobile screw air compressors are portable compressed air devices that use a diesel engine as the power source and a screw compressor as the core component, integrating a mobile chassis and an intelligent control system. Their core advantages include requiring no external power supply, providing continuous and stable air supply, and adapting to challenging conditions such as those found in remote areas or construction sites where electricity is unavailable or unreliable. The diesel engine burns diesel fuel to produce mechanical power, which directly or via a coupling drives the rotor of the screw compressor.
The rotors rotate in mesh, and the changing volume of the tooth cavities completes the "intake → compression → exhaust" cycle, with lubricating oil injected during compression.
The oil-gas mixture is then cooled, separated, and filtered to produce clean compressed air.
The air volume control system adjusts the output steplessly from 0-100% according to the air demand, simultaneously adjusting the diesel engine throttle for energy saving.
