Check before starting:
Check whether the screws or nuts of each part are loose.
Check whether the belt is tight enough.
Confirm whether the pipeline is normal and the oil level is appropriate.
Check whether the wires and electrical switches meet the regulations and whether the wiring is correct.
Confirm whether the compressor pulley can be easily turned by hand.
Check whether all valves are in the proper position and open and close correctly.

Precautions for starting:
Start the air compressor under no-load condition to extend the life of the machine.
Check whether the running direction is consistent with the indication arrow. If not, adjust the power supply.
Idle for 2 to 3 minutes before normal operation.
Daily maintenance:
Check and clean the air filter daily, and replace the filter cotton if necessary.

Adjust the pressure by adjusting the action range of the pressure switch or the starting pressure set on the sensor.
Use the display panel to directly set the pressure value and change the start and stop pressure.
