The maintenance of piston air-cooled air compressor mainly includes daily maintenance, periodic maintenance and long-term storage maintenance.
Daily maintenance
Lubrication management: Lubrication points of the compressor need to be refueled every day or every shift to ensure that all moving friction parts are fully lubricated. For parts with special lubrication requirements, such as motor bearings, it is necessary to refer to the operation manual for precise refueling.
Equipment inspection: Use the equipment correctly according to the operating procedures, conduct regular inspections and inspections, discover and handle faults in time, and record the equipment operation log. Keep the machine and the working environment clean during work, and clean the equipment before handing over.
Winter maintenance: When the indoor temperature is below 5℃ in winter, the cooling water inside the equipment needs to be drained after shutdown to prevent ice from damaging the equipment.
Periodic maintenance
Valve cleaning: Clean the valve every 800 hours, remove carbon deposits on the valve seat and valve cover, and clean the lubricating oil filter. Clean the filter every 1200 hours, especially in dusty environments, the cleaning frequency should be increased to reduce cylinder wear.
Oil change: Change the oil every 2000 hours to filter impurities such as metal chips and dust. If the oil is seriously contaminated, replace it with new oil and check and adjust the bearing clearance. At the same time, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the clearance of the entire equipment.
Seal inspection: Regularly check the wear and cracks of the seals, repair and replace them in time, keep the seals lubricated, and clean the dust and grease on the sealing surface.
Electrical system inspection: Regularly check the safety and stability of the electrical system, including whether the connection of each distribution line is normal, whether the contacts are damaged, etc., and adjust and repair them in time.
Long-term storage and maintenance Before long-term storage, add an appropriate amount of grease as required. If the unit is idle for more than 6 months, refill the grease. Before restarting, remove the original oil seal grease, clean it with kerosene or gasoline, and add new oil.
