Recently, a delegation of customers from well-known Indian industrial equipment trading and manufacturing companies traveled a long distance to the Lishan Air Compressor production base for a two-day on-site inspection and cooperation negotiations. This visit focused on core issues such as air compressor product technology upgrades, localization adaptation for the Indian market, and supply chain cooperation, laying a solid foundation for Lishan Air Compressor to further cultivate the South Asian market and deepen cooperation between China and India in the industrial sector. The Indian customer delegation's visit stemmed from their recognition of Lishan Air Compressor's localization technological advantages in high-temperature adaptation and voltage compatibility. More importantly, it aimed to verify the factory's production capacity and delivery guarantee capabilities through on-site inspection, building a bridge for future large-scale procurement and long-term cooperation. Accompanied by the general manager and technical and sales teams of Lishan Air Compressor, the delegation visited the core component processing workshop, the complete machine assembly line, the simulated working condition laboratory, and the finished product display area. In the screw rotor machining area, the precise operation and 0.005mm-level machining accuracy of the German-imported high-precision CNC equipment drew praise from the delegation members. In the assembly workshop, the customized wide-voltage motors (compatible with 380-440V) and enlarged heat sinks, designed specifically for the Indian market, sparked great interest from customers. "India experiences high temperatures and humidity in summer, with frequent voltage fluctuations. Lishan's products, specifically optimized for our needs, perfectly meet our requirements, giving us more confidence in our cooperation," said Mr. Rajesh, head of the Indian delegation and representative of an industrial trading company. In the simulated operating condition laboratory, the delegation witnessed the full-performance testing of two main screw compressors, 15HP and 30HP. Through real-time data monitoring, the equipment maintained stable exhaust volume, energy consumption exceeding India's BEE energy efficiency standards, and noise levels below 75dB under simulated Indian conditions of 45℃ and 80% humidity, with all indicators meeting expectations.
Following this, a cooperation negotiation meeting was held in the conference room. The Lishan Air Compressor team detailed its localized service solutions for the Indian market. The delegation engaged in in-depth discussions on issues such as product customization needs, sea freight customs clearance procedures, and bulk order delivery cycles. Three preliminary cooperation intentions were reached on-site, involving the procurement of screw air compressors and matching dryers.
