Check the lubricating oil level and oil quality: Ensure that the lubricating oil is at the appropriate oil level, check the oil quality regularly, and replace the lubricating oil if necessary.
Clean the appearance and heat dissipation components of the air compressor: Wipe the casing with a dry cloth, and use compressed air to blow back the cooler fins to ensure heat dissipation efficiency.
Check fasteners: Use a torque wrench to check the cylinder head bolts, base fixing bolts, etc. to ensure that the fasteners are not loose.
Monitor abnormal noise during operation and monitor temperature and pressure: Use an infrared thermometer to detect the temperature of each level of cylinders, observe the fluctuation range of the pressure gauge, and abnormal sounds indicate possible problems.
Remove condensed water from the gas tank every day: Open the drain valve at the bottom of the gas tank after shutdown to drain the condensed water to prevent liquid water from flowing back and causing cylinder liquid shock.
Regularly refuel and maintain each lubrication point: Refuel each lubrication point of the compressor every day or every shift. Special parts such as motor bearings need to be refueled accurately according to the operation manual. Record equipment operation log: Carefully fill in the machine operation record sheet, record the equipment operation status, and promptly discover and handle faults.
