Pre-startup Preparation
Open the cooling water inlet valve and check whether the water supply to the coolers at all levels and the cylinder is smooth and the water volume meets the requirements.
Check the oil level of the lubricating oil in the crankcase; the oil surface should be within the specified marking range.
Confirm that the inlet regulating valve is in the closed state, the air compressor outlet vent valve is open, and the air supply valve is closed.
Check the switches, buttons, etc. of electrical equipment to ensure they are in a position for normal startup, with stable power connection and voltage.
Carefully check the foundation bolts and the connecting screws of the coupling to ensure there is no looseness or missing.
Manually turn the flywheel several times to observe whether it rotates flexibly and whether there are any obstacles such as jamming or scraping inside.
Check whether the safety protection devices are secure and whether the displays of instruments such as pressure gauges and thermometers are normal.
Check whether the tightness of the V-belt is appropriate.
Startup Process
Turn on the power supply, start the air compressor, focus on whether the value of the oil pressure gauge is normal, and listen for any abnormal impact or friction sounds from the equipment.
If the oil pressure is normal and there is no abnormal sound from the equipment, slowly open the inlet regulating valve until it is fully open.
Gradually close the outlet vent valve, and after the air compressor operates stably under load with all parameters normal,
