Daily maintenance and inspection:
Ensure good lubrication, accurate pressure gauge, sensitive automatic start and stop device, reliable safety valve, and maintenance by a dedicated person. Pressure gauges, safety valves, regulators and air tanks should be calibrated and inspected regularly.
Check whether the moving parts are flexible, whether the connecting parts are tight, whether the lubrication system is normal, and whether the motor and electrical control equipment are reliable.
Clean the filter medium in the filter regularly, wash it with water and dry it before use if necessary.
Operation procedures:
Before operating the air compressor, check whether the protective devices and accessories are intact and complete, connect the water source and open the water inlet valve to ensure that the cooling water is unobstructed.
Pay attention to the readings of various instruments during operation, adjust them at any time, and check whether the motor temperature and the working sounds of each part are normal.
Press the stop button immediately after the operation is completed, wait for the indicator light to go out and cut off the power supply, and the operator cannot leave before the machine stops.
Safety measures:
The air compressor room should be well ventilated, the room temperature should generally be below 40℃, the air intake pipe should be connected to the outdoors and equipped with an air filter.
The location where the gas tank is placed should be ventilated, and sunlight exposure or high-temperature baking is prohibited.
It is strictly forbidden to weld or heat-process the gas tank, valve, and pipeline during operation.
It is forbidden to use gasoline or kerosene to clean the air filter and other air passage parts of the air compressor.
Emergency handling:
In an emergency, press the emergency stop button.
When the lubricating oil or cooling water breaks, the water temperature suddenly rises or drops, the exhaust pressure suddenly rises, the safety valve fails, etc., it should be stopped immediately and the cause should be found out.
When an equipment accident occurs, the power supply should be cut off immediately and rescue should be carried out on the spot.
