Daily Maintenance of Stationary Air Compressors

As the "power heart" of factory production, the stable operation of stationary air compressors directly impacts production efficiency and cost control. Scientific and standardized daily maintenance is key to avoiding failures and extending equipment life. Please carefully keep the following practical guidelines:
1. Pre-Startup Inspection: Perform an initial safety inspection.
Oil Level Check: Use the oil level sight glass to confirm that the lubricating oil level is between the scale lines. Insufficient oil can easily lead to component wear and high-temperature shutdown, while excessive oil can cause oil splashing or overheating.
Instrument Calibration: Check pressure gauges, thermometers, and other instruments for abnormal readings and indicator lights.
Environmental Arrangement: Clear debris, oil stains, and flammable materials from around the equipment, ensure unobstructed air inlets and outlets, and ensure proper ventilation and heat dissipation.
Valve Inspection: Verify that the drain valve at the bottom of the air tank is closed and that there are no obvious faults with the pressure switch and safety valve.
Transmission Component Inspection: For belt-drive models, check the belt for tightness and wear. For direct-drive models, verify that the coupling guard is intact.
2. Operational Monitoring: Real-time monitoring of equipment status.
Identify faults through sound: Pay attention to any abnormal sounds such as sharp friction or irregular impact during operation, and promptly troubleshoot bearing, gear, and other component faults.
Temperature Monitoring: Ensure exhaust and oil temperatures are maintained between 80-95°C (refer to the equipment manual). If abnormally high temperatures are detected, check the radiator.
