Split Screw Air Compressor

This 11 KW screw air compressor is specially designed for medium and high-pressure industrial applications. It is equipped with a high-efficiency twin-screw main unit, capable of stably outputting an air volume of 0.8m³/min and a working pressure of 0.8Mpa. The core screw rotors are manufactured using high-precision grinding technology and, in combination with an intelligent variable frequency control system, can achieve pressure fluctuation control within ±0.05MPa, saving 15% to 25% energy compared to traditional models.

The equipment is equipped with a first-class energy efficiency permanent magnet motor, with an energy efficiency ratio of up to 11KW/(m³/min) under full load operation . At the same time, by optimizing the gear transmission structure and sound insulation design, the operating noise is controlled within 72dB. Its air-cooled cooling system uses aluminum plate-fin heat exchangers, which can quickly dissipate heat without the need for external water sources, making it suitable for water-scarce areas or high-temperature environments.

Split-type screw air compressors place the compressor main unit, air storage tank, filter and other equipment separately and connect them into a complete system through pipelines. All its components are firmly connected and are suitable for scenarios requiring stable high voltage and long-term continuous operation, such as chemical plants and large automotive production lines. This equipment has a strong compression capacity and can meet the demand for large flow rates. The capacity of the gas storage tank can also be selected as needed, offering high flexibility. However, it has a complex structure and occupies a large space.
