This 400KW screw air compressor is specially designed for large-scale industrial scenarios and features highly efficient and stable compression performance. Its core component adopts high-precision twin-screw rotors, which achieve gas intake, compression and discharge through synchronous gear transmission. The equipment is equipped with a 400KW high-efficiency motor, capable of achieving an ultra-large exhaust volume of 72.0m³/min and stably outputting compressed air at a pressure of 0.8MPa, meeting the high-intensity gas demand in fields such as chemical engineering, mining, and manufacturing.
As a representative model of the twin-screw structure, this equipment inherits the significant advantages of screw air compressors: low vibration and noise during operation (≤75dB), and no frequent maintenance is required. The major overhaul cycle can reach 40,000 to 80,000 hours. Through the intelligent control system, the power can be automatically adjusted according to the actual gas consumption. Combined with permanent magnet frequency conversion technology, the energy-saving rate is increased by more than 30% compared with traditional models, and the annual operating cost is significantly reduced.
The equipment adopts a fully enclosed air-cooling system, equipped with multi-stage air filtration and oil-gas separation devices, ensuring that the oil content in the compressed air is less than 2ppm, meeting the requirements of high-precision production. Its modular design facilitates installation and maintenance, supports remote monitoring and fault diagnosis, and further enhances the reliability of industrial scenarios. Whether it is continuous production or complex working conditions, this model can provide continuous power support for enterprises with stable performance.
