Working Principle of 11kW Permanent Magnet VFD Screw Air Compressor
 

         This 11kW permanent magnet variable frequency screw air compressor adopts a pair of intermeshing male and female rotors as its core compression component.
         During operation, the permanent magnet synchronous motor drives the rotors to rotate. As the rotors mesh, air is continuously drawn in, compressed, and discharged, producing stable compressed air.
        The built-in variable frequency drive (VFD) automatically adjusts the motor speed and air output in real time according to the actual air demand of the system. When air consumption is low, the motor runs at a lower speed to save energy; when air demand increases, the speed rises to ensure sufficient air supply.
      This design achieves stepless air volume regulation, high efficiency, low energy consumption, stable exhaust pressure, and is especially suitable for working conditions with fluctuating air demand in industrial applications.
