Permanent Magnet Conversion Two Stage SCREW AIR COMPRESSOR

A permanent magnet variable frequency two-stage screw air compressor is a high-efficiency, energy-saving industrial air supply equipment that integrates permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) technology, variable frequency drive (VFD) system and two-stage compression screw host structure. It is widely used in manufacturing, construction, metallurgy, electronics and other fields that require stable and continuous compressed air supply.

The equipment adopts a two-stage screw compression structure, which divides the air compression process into low-pressure stage and high-pressure stage. Compared with single-stage compression, it has two key advantages:

Lower compression ratio per stage: Air is pre-compressed in the low-pressure rotor and then enters the high-pressure rotor for secondary compression. This reduces the mechanical wear of the rotor and the temperature rise during compression, effectively extending the service life of the host.

Higher volumetric efficiency: The two-stage compression can achieve higher exhaust pressure with lower energy consumption. It is especially suitable for working conditions that require high-pressure air supply (such as pressure above 1.0 MPa).
